We are getting ready for the summer...
Above all else, when preparing our new summer carte, we have tried to create authentic recipes and to employ local products; a unique gastronomic alternative in Barcelona for you to enjoy the best fresh product of our markets. These new dishes have been created as a humble homage to Cataluña, -that is thus represented by delicacies like our "Magret de glà amb peres de Puigcerdà" (Acorn Magret with Puigcerdà Pears) or our “Gall de Sant Pere amb la seva amanida de favetes” (traditional cock from Sant Pere with broad bean salad).
